We've grown from backyard cookouts on the farm to catering weddings, large corporate and council events, and everything in between — with two food trailers and our Stratford-based Cafe & Eatery.
Our meats are smoked low and slow over local fruit-tree wood, developing the rich flavors and tender textures that have made us a Taranaki favourite.
